How do you say “Hello?”

Looking for a real estate agent, or any type of service provider, can be a scary task for many reasons. Some people are intimidated by the phone. Will the person who answers be nice? Will they have the answers you need? Will you know the right questions to ask?

Some people don’t like e-mail. Will you get spam forever? How can you tell if the service provider is genuine? Is your e-mail being answered by the person you think it is?

For some people time is of the essence. They don’t have time to make a phone call only to wait on hold. Others don’t have easy access to e-mail.

The times are changing

Luckily, the times are changing. Communication is able to happen more rapidly than ever before. There are multiple mediums available to make a point on contact and continue a conversation.

“Real” People Answer the Phone

For instance, when you call our office you will always get a ‘real’ person. We don’t do voicemail or answering machines.

E-mail works

We monitor our e-mails closely and make a commitment to respond quickly with the information you need.

Cell access

All of our agents have cell phones are are easily accessible. When they are in appointments they make sure to return calls once they are free.

Catching the texting bug

More and more of our clients have caught the texting bug. If you want to text, go for it! We understand that not every question warrants a phone call or email.

Facebook & Twitter

Many of our clients have been connecting with us through Facebook, Twitter , LinkedIn and Youtube. Actually, the people we interact with through these channels are not always clients. They may be someone in the community who has a question pertaining to real estate, home improvement, or a local event. Since Costa Mesa is our home we usually know what’s going on and if we don’t we make an effort to get people the information they need.

Technology is changing the way we communicate and we are excited to interact with clients in whatever manner that suits them best.
