LOWER YOUR PROPERTY TAXES
As many of you may or may not know property taxes are based upon its value at the time you purchased your home. Now with many home values continually dropping throughout the country, this is the perfect opportunity to have the property value reassessed and potentially reduce your property taxes, thus saving money! There is a deadline however for appealing your assessed value, that being April 30th. Here is the link to the Orange County Assessor’s Office:
